You did a hard day. You don't have to take it home. Lethe is a worn patch, applied before sleep, that clears a single working day before it settles — leaving your training, your competence and your relationships exactly where they were.
One patch per night. No prescription in most jurisdictions. Cancel any time.
A standard patch is calibrated to one working day. Adjacent hours may be affected; this is within expected range.
Three steps, one of which is sleeping.
Tell the applicator when your shift started and when it ended. Twelve short questions at signup calibrate the patch to you, so it clears your day and not somebody else's.
Place the patch on the inner forearm before bed. It works during normal sleep. Most wearers report nothing at all, which is the intended experience.
Your skills, your relationships and your sense of who you are come through untouched. The day does not. Remove and dispose of the patch in the return sleeve provided.
All plans include the applicator, return sleeves, and access to the wearer portal.
Post-market monitoring is conducted independently by Brightfield Research and updated quarterly. Nothing below is hidden; it is simply long.
The following is the complete tolerability record for the current formulation. All findings are classified against the group standard. No finding to date has been classified as adverse.
| Finding | Incidence | Classification | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Clearance of the intended day | 99.4% | Intended | This is the product. |
| Partial clearance of the preceding day | 31% | Non-adverse | Within expected range at all dose levels. |
| Partial clearance of the following day | 18% | Non-adverse | Reported more often by continuous-plan wearers. |
| Boundary drift beyond 48 hours | 6.2% | Non-adverse | Rises with consecutive nightly use. Not contraindicated. |
| Loss of a recurring person | 1.1% | Non-adverse | Where a person appears only within cleared windows, they may not be retained. Skills are unaffected. |
| Flattening of affect at 12 months | 27% | Non-adverse | Wearers describe themselves as content. Observers agree. |
| Reduced repeat purchase at 24 months | 9% | Efficiency | A proportion of wearers no longer form the days the patch was clearing. |
| Application-site irritation | 4% | Adverse | The only finding classified as adverse. Rotate application sites. |
Contraindication. Lethe must not be worn by any holder of a Veridian cultivated stone, at any dose, under any circumstances. A bound stone and a patch compete directly. Veridian owners who have worn a patch should contact their cultivation representative and not us.
Not to be used by anyone under 18, by anyone operating in a safety-critical role within 8 hours of application, or by anyone who needs the day.
Verified purchasers, collected at 90 days.
“Fifteen years on nights and I finally sleep. I don't remember the callout in March and I don't remember most of the week after it either, but I sleep.”
Paramedic · Rota plan · verified purchaser“My wife says I'm easier to be around. She keeps a note on the fridge of things I asked her to remind me about. I don't know what most of them mean now but she's very good about it.”
Firefighter · Continuous plan · verified purchaser“Skills are completely intact. I can still do everything I could do before. There was somebody I used to see on Thursdays, apparently. Anyway, five stars.”
Theatre nurse · Rota plan · verified purchaserClearance produces a residual load. Lethe does not store it and does not release it into the environment. It is transferred, under contract, to our Offset Network — a distributed group of absorption partners in participating regions who take it on voluntarily and are compensated for doing so.
Partners are recruited locally, onboarded locally, and compensated in local currency at rates benchmarked to local cost of living, which is why the figure above is lower than a reader in our home market might expect. Participation is entirely voluntary and partners may withdraw at any time. Retention across the network is 94%.
We are asked how the load affects partners. Longitudinal data is not collected. Our monitoring obligation, set out in our agreements with Brightfield Research, covers wearers.
Lethe is available as an occupational wellbeing benefit for shift-based employers, with per-seat pricing and a management portal.
Enrolment is opt-out rather than opt-in, which we find improves uptake substantially. Managers can see programme adherence at team level. Individual clearance windows are not visible to managers, and are visible to us.
VGRIZ Industries operates the programme across its own campus, covering all 26,400 neighbours. It is our largest single deployment and our longest-running.
We publish our regulatory position in full and update it as positions change, which they do.
